How long does it take to receive my order?
We process and ship all orders within 1–4 business days. Personalized items are made to order; we'll contact you if there is any delay. After shipping, US Standard (free) takes 2–5 business days. US Express (UPS Express, $35) takes 1–2 business days after shipping. Europe ($35) takes 5–7 business days after shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to the US and to many European countries, including Türkiye. Customs duties and import taxes set by your country are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I personalize my jewelry?
Yes. Choose your options on the product page and enter your text exactly as you want it made. Please double-check spelling before ordering.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as your order has not been prepared yet. Email us as soon as possible at juvelissojewelry@gmail.com with your order number.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original packaging, including sale items. Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Email us with your order number to start a return. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Who pays for return shipping?
You pay return shipping, except when an item arrives damaged or defective. In that case we cover it.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
Email juvelissojewelry@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.
What materials do you use?
We offer 14K solid gold, 14K gold vermeil and 925 sterling silver. Vermeil is a thick layer of 14K gold over 925 sterling silver.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, chlorine and harsh chemicals. Remove before swimming, showering or sleeping. Store in a dry place and wipe gently with a soft cloth. Vermeil and silver benefit from extra care to keep their finish looking beautiful.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
